3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

4Betting Rules

Please read these rules carefully before placing any bets on GoldBets. All bets are processed through GoldBets' technology systems and outcomes are entirely impartial.

4.1 Bet Acceptance

• Minimum bet: ৳50 (may vary by sport and market).
• Maximum bet: determined by market and event.
• Once a bet has been submitted, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided.

4.2 Odds & Payouts

All odds on GoldBets are displayed in decimal format. Odds are variable and update according to market conditions. Payouts will be calculated using the odds in place at the time the bet was submitted.

4.3 Match Cancellation Policy

• If a match is cancelled, the full stake will be refunded.
• Cancelled events within an accumulator will be counted as odds of 1.00.
• If a match does not resume within 48 hours, the bet will be voided.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Certain conditions must be met to qualify for GoldBets bonuses. Bonus funds are not equivalent to cash — a specified wagering amount must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit.
• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: (Deposit + Bonus) × 15.
• To claim the bonus, a deposit must be made within 72 hours of registration.
• The welcome bonus is available once per player only — it cannot be claimed through multiple accounts.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus has its own expiry period — any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on GoldBets. Any breach of these rules will result in permanent account closure and balances may be forfeited.

• Betting on behalf of or for individuals under 18 years of age.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Placing automated bets using betting bots.
• Exploiting technical glitches on the platform to obtain abnormal winnings.
• Using GoldBets for money laundering.
• Accessing another member's account without authorization.
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyberattack on GoldBets' systems.
• Participation in match-fixing or corrupt betting activity.

7Account Closure

7.1 When GoldBets May Close an Account

• If evidence of a rule violation is found.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected.
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• Due to legal obligations.
• Self-exclusion at the member's own request.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

You can close your account at any time by contacting GoldBets support. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without meeting the wagering requirements.
